Thermal (HVAC) Engineer

Job Overview and Core Responsibilities:• Work with US team to Identify, locate, count and generating quote on all Air Devices including Grilles, Registers, Diffusers, Dampers, Louvers, Fire dampers, etc. found on mechanical plans.• Identify, locate, count and generating quote on all Air Devices including Grilles, Registers,Diffusers, Dampers, Louvers, Fire dampers, etc. found on mechanical plans.• Apply competitive cross reference, pricing, and lead time strategy on quote generation.• Ensure compliance of selections with industry standards and regulations• Providing technical guidance on GRD Selection to sales team, customers and other teammembers• Maintain and organize team inbox for workflow management• Maintains accurate, complete, and timely information on productivity, capacity, and resourceutilization.• Overcomes business and technical objections of prospective customers.• Lead the execution of processes and programs to enhance customer experience and increasequote conversions.• Collaborate with other departments to handle sales, marketing, inquiries, and deliveriesefficiently.• Identify growth opportunities and market trends.• Performs other duties as assigned.
