- Provide administrative & clerical support for F&B department.
- Maintain stock of company files & documents.
- Arrange meetings, business trips and appointment schedule to Heads of Department.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents.
- Translate in verbal and in writing as requested by department management.
- Responsible for ordering all equipment required for the office.
- Oversee service and maintenance contracts.
- Coordinate equipment repair and replacement.
- Meet the attendance guidelines of the office and adhere to the department and company policies.
- Other duties as instructed and assigned by department management.

- Graduated Bachelor
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Good English communication skills in written and oral forms.
