- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the spa.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about spa services, treatments, and rates.
- Schedule appointments for clients and maintain the booking system.
- Assist in managing the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and inviting.
- Handle payments and ensure accurate processing of transactions.
- Provide clients with information about products and services offered at the spa.
- Support the spa team in daily operations and special events.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to safety regulations.e.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Students majoring in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields
- Dynamic, eager to learn, and responsible
- Good communication skills with basic English communication ability
- Pleasant appearance with a professional demeanor
- Able to commit to an internship of at least 2–3 months
