• Make yearly recruitment & headcount planning with projected budget & headcount by projects, by divisions.
• Manage the whole recruitment processes & support the recruitment team in order to timely hire the right talents as business’s or project’s requirements
2. Training & development
• Coordinate with line managers to conduct regular training analysis and define training needs for different staff levels
• Develop training programs based on training needs for staff improvement or development

5. Talent Engagement
• Organize regular activities to engage employees such as staff entertainment programs, team buildings, yearly events, etc.
• Ensure staff’s compliance to company regulations, labor laws and coordinate with relevant authorities
• Coordinate with line managers’ on staff’s promotion, transferring, termination processes
