Mô Tả Công Việc
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering suitable products
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS and Opera system
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Restock, clean shelves/ products and organize displays to ensure the store is well-presented at all times
- Do inventory daily, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives
- Manage the cash foat and make cask report at the beginning, hand-over and closing shift.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Vietnamese only
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken
- Basic computer skills
- Hotel management college diploma or above
- Customer - oriented, customer relationship skills
