- Handle multiple calls and informing callers in accordance with the hotel standards.
- Deal with all guest requests promptly, taking personal responsibility to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Convey information, and messages to appropriate personnel in a timely and efficient manner.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Students in hospitality major
- Commit to work for 3-6 months fulltime internship
- Good Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,..)
- Good English & Communication Skills
