Tiger Tribe is the first multi-functional development hub in HEINEKEN focused on the development and delivery of globally scalable Digital Products. Established in 2022 in Vietnam to locate Digital Product development and Innovation as closely as possible to the business and end users. Tiger Tribe will shape the future direction of Digital Product development in HEINEKEN, we are on a mission to show what can be accomplished by HEINEKEN development teams and making code roar! Your role & responsibilities Operationally to help with the project teams to work on the automation of the deployment process.  A typical day would be working with the 4 development teams and POs to ensure that they have provisioned the right architecture and find opportunities to streamline the CI/CD process, strategically to help guide our toolchain and infrastructure teams so that they can work together to deliver a state of the are CI/CD pipeline.   Implement, monitor, and manage cloud-based infrastructure primarily on Microsoft Azure and related Microsoft technologies.  Collaborate with developers, QA, and other IT teams to support deployment and operational issues, ensuring high availability and performance.  Optimize and automate DevOps processes, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency.  Ensure adherence to best practices in system reliability, performance, and security.  Troubleshoot and resolve system errors and provide support in post-deployment phases.  Drive improvements in release management, version control, and infrastructure as code (IaC). Your skills & qualifications 3+ years of working experience in the software development industry with the role of DevOps engineer/ specialist  Strong skills in cloud infrastructure deployment (CI/CD), monitoring and troubleshooting  Experience with Azure cloud services & Azure DevOps is a big advantage  Good understanding of performance tuning, security practices and cost optimization for cloud infrastructure  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented mindset  Experience with Agile/SCRUM development practices and team collaboration  Experience in web/app programming and databases is an advantage  Good communication in English is required Benefits for you Fixed Bonus: 13th Variable Bonus: 1~3 months 18 AL Healthcare Insurance (Spouse + Kids) Clinical Care (Inhouse Clinic) Canteen lunch Apply Hybrid working time Cover 100% SHUI  Learning & Development Contractor – benefits: Fixed Bonus: 13th Canteen lunch Apply Hybrid working time Learning & Development Cover 100% SHUI
