TIGER TRIBE – SENIOR/LEADER DEVOPS ENGINEER

We are on a mission to show what can be accomplished by HEINEKEN development teams and making code roar!   We seek an experienced and highly motivated Lead DevOps Engineer to guide and drive our DevOps initiatives within Tiger Tribe. You will be instrumental in shaping our CI/CD pipelines, optimizing our cloud infrastructure, and mentoring a team of talented engineers to deliver world-class digital products.Trách nhiệm công việc Strategic Guidance & Automation: Lead the strategic direction for our toolchain and infrastructure teams, ensuring the delivery of a state-of-the-art CI/CD pipeline. Drive improvements in release management, version control, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).   Cloud Infrastructure Management: Oversee the implementation, monitoring, and management of cloud-based infrastructure, primarily on Microsoft Azure and related Microsoft technologies.   Process Optimization & Best Practices: Optimize and automate DevOps processes, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and efficiency. Ensure adherence to best practices in system reliability, performance, and security.   Collaboration & Support: Collaborate extensively with development teams, Product Owners, QA, and other IT teams to streamline CI/CD processes, support deployment, and resolve operational issues, ensuring high availability and performance.   Troubleshooting & Resolution: Lead efforts in troubleshooting and resolving system errors, and provide expert support in post-deployment phases.   Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.   Architectural Guidance: Work with project teams to provision the right architecture and identify opportunities to streamline the CI/CD process. (IaC). Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn Experience: At least 05 years of working experience in the software development industry, with significant experience in a DevOps leadership or senior role.  DevOps Expertise: Strong skills in cloud infrastructure deployment (CI/CD), monitoring, and troubleshooting.   Cloud Platforms: Extensive experience with Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps is a significant advantage.   Cloud Optimization: Excellent understanding of performance tuning, security practices, and cost optimization for cloud infrastructure.   Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.   Methodologies: Experience with Agile/SCRUM development practices and fostering strong team collaboration.   Communication: Excellent communication skills in English are required.   Programming & Databases: Experience in web/app programming and databases is an advantage.
