Established in 2022 in Vietnam to locate Digital Product development and Innovation as closely as possible to the business and end users. Tiger Tribe will shape the future direction of Digital Product development in HEINEKEN, we are on a mission to show what can be accomplished by HEINEKEN development teams and making code roar!  Tiger Tribe, a premier Global Tech Hub for Heineken’s APAC region, is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with a passion for excellence in technical architecture, DevOps practices, and scalability. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping best practices across development teams, guiding infrastructure decisions, and supporting high-impact projects across our global platform. Trách nhiệm công việc Support Dev Teams Operationally: Ensure development teams follow best coding practices and standards, working alongside key leaders to drive excellence.  Define and Codify Best Practices: Collaborate closely with technical leaders to document and codify coding standards, creating a solid foundation for quality and consistency across the codebase.  Provisioning and DevOps Support: Assist the DevOps specialists to ensure that infrastructure is appropriately provisioned by the development team, optimizing deployment processes.  Reusable Components Identification: Strategically identify and implement shared, reusable components in our codebase to drive efficiency and consistency.  Scalable Solution Design: Analyze and select features that can scale and ensure that they are technically capable of doing so, supporting long-term growth and flexibility.  Documentation and Communication: Produce and maintain technical documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency for team collaboration. Strong written communication skills are essential. Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn  At least 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on architecture and design.  2+ years in a Solution Architect/Technical Architect or similiar role, with strong skills in requirement analysis, defining technical approaches, and reusable component design.  Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and familiarity with enterprise-level systems.  Strong abilities in technical documentation, architectural design, and the ability to present technical topics to varied stakeholders.  Flexibility to take on roles as a software developer or DevOps engineer as project needs dictate.  Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps experience is a big advantage.  Experience in FMCG or enterprise products is a plus.
