Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintains good quality products and presentations according to company standard.
2. Follow up the usage of food production charts.
3. Maintains and responsible for the completion of the control report i.e. temperature checklist cleaning schedule, work order, and etc.
4. Maintains food safety and protection, to include dating, proper storage and rotation, and etc.
5. Assists employees to complete the job assignment in a safe and professional manner.
6. Assist in maintaining clean and sanitized food preparation areas.
7. Ensure all employees follow all job safety regulations and all hazards are reported to concerned departments.
8. Perform any reasonable request made of management which is not life threatening or against the law.
9. Management reserves the right to make changes to this job description at its sole discretion and without advance notice.
10. Above all, to lead by example through a “hands on” approach to motivate our employees to excel.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. At least vocational certificate in culinary and with preference of Bachelor degree in culinary field
2. At least 3 year experience in culinary operation
3. Good in inter-personality and creative skill
4. English Communication skill
