Fuel your ambition with competitive rewards: Experience our comprehensive reward schemes, both monetary and non-monetary benefits to recognize your hard work.Discover Your PotentialTechnology & BrewingYou will play a role in setting up, monitor the process control, process operational management of brewing operation and production line and machine in order to deliver high quality of product and process output, compliance to safety, food quality and environment with optimal operational cost according to the strategy & set priorities.Engineering & PackagingResponsible for operational performance at the assigned area, regular maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and systems within the brewery to ensure the stable operation of production lines, minimize downtime, and prevent unexpected failures. Involved in optimizing production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.Customer Service, Logistics and Planning (CSLP)You will take on one of two roles:1. Logistics: Drive efficiency in goods movement, ensure inventory accuracy and stock quality, while participate in elevating our operations and optimizing warehouse processes through continuous improvement initiatives in a safe and compliant environment.2. Planning: Develop and manage demand, supply, and production plans aligned with business goals. Lead efforts to enhance planning processes, optimize performance, and support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) efforts.
