Compensation:· Assist in the development and administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentives and job evaluations.· Participate in salary surveys and conduct market research and analysis to benchmark the organization's total rewards programs against industry standards, ensuring competitive pay practices.· Participate in the annual salary review and performance management processes.· Provide guidance to HR and managers on compensation-related matters.Benefit:· Support the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, ensuring compliance and effective communication.· Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and resolve issues.· Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.· Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding benefits.Recognition:· Contribute to the development and implementation of employee recognition programs.· Administer existing recognition initiatives.Compliance, Data Analysis & Reporting:· Ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation and benefits-related data and transactions.· Ensure all total rewards programs comply with relevant local laws and regulations.· Compile and analyze data related to compensation and benefits.· Prepare reports and analyses on total rewards data to support decision-making.· Assist with audits and reporting requirements.Others· Develop communication materials to educate employees about total rewards programs.· Assist in delivering presentations on benefits and compensation topics.· Identify opportunities to streamline and improve total rewards processes.· Collaborate with other HR functions, such as HR Business Partners and Payroll, to ensure seamless delivery of total rewards programs.· Participate in projects related to the improvement and evolution of total rewards programs.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.5+ years of experience in total rewards, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role, preferably in real estate, construction- Compensation Analysis; Benefits Administration; Data Interpretation; HRIS Systems; Compliance Knowledge- Analytical and attention to Detail, Communication, collaboration, problem-solving, proactive and responsibility- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion- Experience with job evaluation methodologies.- Familiarity with market pricing tools.- Professional certification in compensation or benefits.
