1. Position Overview
The Sales Manager – Corporate Sales (MICE) is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing corporate clients with meeting, conference, incentive, and event needs.
This role drives revenue from the corporate segment while ensuring high-quality service, strong relationships, and seamless coordination between Sales and Events teams.
The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter who understands corporate buying behavior, has strong negotiation abilities, and excels at converting leads into high-value MICE business.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Corporate Sales & Business Development
- Develop and grow the hotel’s corporate portfolio with a strong emphasis on MICE revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities, corporate accounts, and high-potential segments.
- Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and client visits to cultivate long-term partnerships.
- Promote hotel meeting spaces, conference facilities, corporate packages, team-building activities, and F&B event solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate travel planners, procurement teams, HR/Training departments, and event agencies.
B. MICE Sales & Event Coordination
- Respond to all corporate and MICE inquiries within 24 hours.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tailored event solutions for corporate groups.
- Negotiate contracts for meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions, and company events.
- Coordinate closely with Events Management to ensure accurate handover and smooth execution.
- Attend pre-con/ post-con meetings, and major events for accounts handled.
- Conduct post-event follow-ups, send thank-you letters, and drive repeat business.
C. Planning & Reporting
- Maintain accurate corporate and MICE account profiles, contact histories, and production data.
- Prepare weekly sales activity reports, pipeline status, and market updates to DOSM.
- Monitor competition, pricing trends, and market movements to adjust strategies.
- Participate in sales briefings, revenue meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
D. Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Reservations, FO, F&B, Banquet, and Finance to align on group requirements.
- Ensure all contracted terms—including room blocks, meeting room allocation, and banquet setup—are communicated clearly.
- Share corporate insights, leads, and opportunities with the Sales & Events team.
E. Brand Conduct & Professional Standards
- Represent the hotel with professionalism, strong social etiquette, and excellent presentation.
- Uphold Mövenpick/Accor service culture—warm, genuine, and guest-centric.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all business dealings.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and ethical guidelines.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in hotel sales, with proven exposure to corporate or MICE segments.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese; strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, contract management, and pricing strategy understanding.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS, CRM, and sales software (S&C, Microsoft Office)
