Trade Finance Staff (Bills Staff)

General ResponsibilityIn charge of daily operations and processes of trade finance & settlements under Bills section.Accountability- Handle & process transactions and documents under import & export letters of credit, documentary collections, trust receipts, etc.;- Precise transaction data, accounting entries and swift messages.- Examine shipping documents in accordance with international standards;- Monitor bill payables and/or receivables, due date for honoring and customers’ funding to ensure timely obligation fulfillment in compliance with international rules and practices;- Conduct transaction compliance screening: sanction checks, due diligence and enhanced due diligence if in case as per Bank’s policy and guidelines;- Customers services and consultancy;- Prepare reports required by Head Office and local regulators;- Other assignments by Department Head and/or line supervisor.
