Job Responsibilities:• Assist the Operations Section Head in supervising the implementation of the internal control of the branch's operations in order to comply with the regulations of Taiwan and Vietnam competent authority.• Review team members’ work performance to ensure well quality and accuracy of transactions.• Implement the management and training for team members to increase work efficiency and professional ability in accordance with internal and external regulations.• Response for client’s or BU’s enquiry of operation process appropriately.
