1. Calculate Salaries and Incentives• Determine monthly and incentive-based salaries for BPA (Brand PromotionAssistants), Team Leaders, and Supervisors.• Ensure the accuracy of salary calculations by considering key performance indicators(KPIs), attendance records, and completed activities.• Maintain transparent records for salary breakdowns, including base pay, bonuses, andany applicable deductions.2. Monitor BPA Execution and Team Leader Route Plans (MAPs System)• Regularly review the execution performance of BPAs to ensure adherence toestablished standards and guidelines.• Oversee the Team Leaders' route planning using the MAPs system to optimizecoverage and time efficiency across locations.• Identify and address discrepancies or deviations in the execution and route planspromptly.3. Analyze and Assess Operational Effectiveness• Conduct detailed assessments of the BPA team and the performance leadership teamto identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas of improvement.• Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to measure operational effectiveness, focusingon execution quality, productivity, and customer engagement.• Develop reports and actionable recommendations based on insights to enhance teamperformance and operational efficiency.4. Payment Process Management• Manage and execute payment processes for various stakeholders, including:• BPA salaries: Ensure timely and accurate disbursements.• Non-M1 salaries: Process payments for non-M1 roles with detailed breakdowns.• Other payments: Handle miscellaneous payments (e.g., reimbursements, allowances)with proper documentation and approvals.• Coordinate with the finance department to streamline payment workflows and resolveany discrepancies in a timely manner.• Maintain detailed records of all payment transactions for audit and reporting purposes.

Bachelor’s degreeFMCGExperience in payroll management, preferably within FMCG or similar industries.At least 2 yearsAbility to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing (Good communication skill in both Vietnamese and English)Skillful in computer software: Excel (Expert), Words, Powerpoint etcUnderstand FMCG dynamics: PG workforce & incentive scheme commonly used for PG & team leader (salary & performance incentive)Communication: Explaining payroll details & resolving employee problems effectively.Coordination with GRSC team (3rd party for payroll)Time management: meet strict payroll deadlines & prioritize tasks during busy payroll periods.Calm & Integrity
