At least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing trade marketing plans for a retail company.Experience in managing teams and working collaboratively with other departments, especially Operation and Merchandise.Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related majors.Marketing principles and best practices.Project management & Analytical skills.Customers & Detail oriented.Can manage and prioritize competing demands and deadlines.Able to adapt to changing priorities and strategies.
