Trading Partner Specialist (MIS, good English)

As a Trading Partner Specialist, you will:KRA 1: Establish New Trading Partners (35%)• Ensure the Trading Partner has a single EDI point of contact for all inquiries• Establish and test connectivity between the Trading Partners and Customers• Gather, maintain, and publish mapping specifications for departmental consumption• Ensure mapping is being completed in accordance with the departmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs)KRA 2: Relationship Management (35%)• Establish and maintain accurate Trading Partner test instructions• Align TrueCommerce with the Trading Partners as a preferred EDI provider for their vendorsKRA 3: Technology Management (30%)• Establish oneself as a subject matter expert status by mastering all variations of connectivity (FTP, AS2, VAN)• Oversee AS2 certificate lifecycle through the designated management platform, ensuring proactivemonitoring of expirations and timely coordination with partners for certificate renewals• Troubleshoot and resolve all production communication errors in accordance with departmental SLAs• Contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs)• Recognize extraneous connectivity hops and coordinate to simplify and reduce cost• Working Time: Mon-Fri. Work in shifts: Day shift (09:00 AM – 06:00 PM) mainly and Split shift (08:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 08:00 PM – 00:00 AM) depending on business needs
