KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Welcome guests warmly and provide basic information about the resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Support handling of guest inquiries, requests promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist with reservation updates, room assignments, and coordination with Housekeeping and other departments.
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidentiality of guest information in accordance with company policies.
- Support cashiering tasks such as posting charges, preparing bills, and handling payments under supervision.
- Participate in training sessions, briefings, and on-the-job learning programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support smooth front office operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Hospitality, Tourism, or related major preferred.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed appearance, and service-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends.
