- Coordinate the overall training function and to research, monitor and evaluate hotel training activities.
- Assist HR Manager in organizing supervisory and management development programs.
- Conduct training needs analyzing.
- Assist in checking and improving all service standards established by the hotel.
- Conduct general training programs: hotel orientation and induction, English, skills, etc.
- Coach and counsel all employees when applicable.
- Maintain grooming standards for all personnel.
- Participate in community projects or activities in order to promoting the hotel’s image and cooperation to improve community relationships.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree in hotel management or any field.
- At least 02 year experience in a company or in international hotels with evidenced tracked record of achievements in people development.
- Capability of conducting training and developments of employees at all levels.
- Excellent public speaking skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English communication and computer literate.
