Main tasks: • Closely work with RMs to proactively manage existing clients and develop new clients on TB business. Plan, co-ordinate and monitor growth of sales on all transaction banking products, including deposit balance. • Understand customers’ businesses and anticipate their requirements, to match customers’ needs, and to negotiate terms and conditions with customers to maximize revenue and profitability. • Co-ordinate well with other colleagues and other departments to give the best services to customers • Proactively build up new TB pipelines, including FI deals; support RMs to successfully close deals as well as support RM FI to review or propose new FI trade limit. • Develop new Trade and Cash Management products/ procedures with innovation & digitization to meet customers’ demands and be in line with market practices/ trends. • Be contact point of digital platform (internet banking) from business side and responsible for implementation tasks. • Keep the transaction banking team HQ informed of customer needs, trends and market intelligence to ensure keep abreast of market development and factors which impact on competitiveness of the products. • Other tasks as assigned by Corporate Banking Head and General Director of HCMC Branch.
