Transportation Controller (01 Long Haul) & (01 Short-Haul) / Chuyên Viên Điều Hành Vận Tải ( 01 Tuyến Dài & 01 Tuyến Ngắn)

1. Coordinate with the Customer Service (CS) Department to finalize daily transport plans, ensuring no customer requests are missed.2. Arrange vehicles to meet transport schedules, guaranteeing sufficient truck availability for customer shipments.3. Inspect the quality of empty containers before dispatching trucks for cargo pick-up/loading or when container exchanges occur. Ensure all containers meet the Company’s quality standards, and record container numbers for all exchanges at depots.4. Supervise cargo loading and unloading progress at border gates or warehouses to monitor plan implementation, including the number of trucks operating daily and those delayed or on hold.5. Monitor GPS systems in real-time to track vehicle operations, enforce compliance with designated routes, and ensure adherence to lead time requirements.6. Report immediately to the Department Head in case of unusual vehicle incidents, and notify the CS team if cargo delivery timelines are affected.7. Oversee drivers’ compliance with daily operational regulations and vehicle expense requirements (e.g., fuel refills, odometer readings).8. Work closely with the Transport Admin to control the collection of transport documents as required by the CS Department.9. Monitor vehicle repair activities, including costs and progress; maintain statistical records of repairs and related expenses.10. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on vehicle performance, actual output, daily vehicle positions, and loading status.11. Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head.
