Position Summary: The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the entire transportation operations within the casino, ensuring efficient and secure transport services for casino guests and staff. This role demands strong management skills, thorough knowledge of transportation logistics, and the ability to maintain high standards of safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all transportation activities, including scheduling, route planning, and vehicle maintenance.
- Supervise a team of drivers and transportation staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
- Develop and implement efficient transportation schedules and processes to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor and manage transportation costs, including fuel, maintenance, and staffing, to ensure efficiency and budget adherence.
- Ensure compliance with all local transportation laws and regulations.
- Handle the procurement and maintenance of vehicles, ensuring they are safe and meet the needs of the operation.
- Train new staff on safe driving practices and the use of transportation technology systems.
- Respond to transportation-related issues and emergencies with prompt and decisive action.
- Analyze transportation data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role within transportation or logistics.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage a team.

- Knowledge of local transportation regulations and laws.
- Experience with transportation management systems and software.
