Treasury Product Professional (Product Owner/BA/BI )

Data-Driven Decision Making (40%): Collect, clean, and analyze financial and transactional data to support business decisions, including identifying trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for liquidity management, risk assessment, and performance tracking,  utilizing Power BI, Looker, or Metabase for data visualization Apply probabilistic and statistical models to optimize liquidity forecasting, stress testing. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in compliance with internal policies. Product Development (30%): Develop internal Treasury Management System (TMS) for fixed-income trading, lending, FX & interest rate derivatives, and cash flow management. Build customer-facing financial products for millions of users on banking apps and Kafi’s platforms, including lending and CD/Bond trading. Collaborate with Product Managers to define the roadmap for Treasury digital products. Develop BRD, ERD and workflow diagrams to support system development. Customer-Centric Product (20%): Engage directly with key institutional clients to understand their liquidity needs, provide product guidance, and collect feedback for product improvements. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to enhance customer experience and ensure products align with client expectations. Cross-Functional Collaboration (10%): Work with the compliance team to incorporate risk mitigation measures into product planning and execution. Partner with business analyst, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless and efficient product launches. Work closely with partner banks and financial institutions to ensure mutual alignment on product goals, delivery timelines, and promotional activities.
