• Coordinate all team members to provide the clients with best offers with regard to the quality of delivery and throughout the whole project life cycle
• Ensure all internal and external deadlines are met
• Cooperate with internal & external stakeholders to all work materials to make sure what we deliver is on-brief and of highest quality before send to clients
• Develop an implementation plan in coordinating all team members for projects; optimize the resources and effort, update the client and the related personnel on the progress. Keep close track of every single project
• Create, maitain and develop business & client relationships acquired during working and assiged by the company
• Perform other duties as required by the Project Manager
• Report to the Project Manager

• Having relevant experience in the B2B internal business, ideally exporting
• Experience in project management/ account management
• Strong analytical/ communications/ negotiation skills
• Strong ability to work with creative and content teams
• Good English skills
• Excellent in Microsoft Office skills, especially PPT and excel
