- Perform reception tasks: welcome guests, arrange meeting rooms, prepare coffee, tea, fruit for guests, send parcels, etc. Internal document management.
- Make reports on import and export of stationery inventory 2 times/month, receive stationery orders from departments and order stationery for the company 2 times/month, control the appropriate import and export of stationery Handling, dispensing, recalling and storing stationery.
- Manage import and export of uniforms, order uniforms, issue and retrieve uniforms.
- Manage import and export of employee cards, make employee cards, issue and revoke employee cards.
- Manage lockers and locker keys. Monitor the quantity of imported and exported lockers and order new ones when needed. Issuing, retrieving and remaking locker keys. Coordinate with maintenance to perform locker repairs
- Book air ticket and hotel
- Arrange car.
- Control the asetment of the office.
- Make payment the related costs
- Other tasks related to HR as required by management
