Position Purpose
As the Cluster HR Executive, you will assist the Human Resources department in fulfilling various HR functions, including recruitment and selection, training and development, remuneration, administration, and reward and recognition. Your role will be pivotal in supporting HR initiatives and ensuring a positive experience for all team members.
Duties & Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Candidate Engagement: Assist in the recruitment process by engaging with candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
- Onboarding Coordination: Support the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Training and Development
- Training Assistance: Collaborate with the Cluster L&D Manager to prepare and facilitate training sessions, ensuring that training materials are relevant and engaging.
- Talent Development: Help identify high-potential team members and support their development through tailored training programs.
Employee Engagement
- Team Activities: Coordinate and promote team-building activities and recognition programs to enhance employee morale and engagement.
- Feedback Mechanism: Actively participate in communication meetings to gather team feedback and share insights with HR leadership.
Culture and Compliance
- Cultural Alignment: Ensure that all HR initiatives align with the hotel’s values and culture, promoting a positive work environment.
- Policy Adherence: Support the implementation of hotel policies and procedures, ensuring all team members are informed and compliant.
General Support
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, including managing documentation and tracking HR metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Cluster HR Director, Cluster L&D Manager, and Cluster Recruitment Manager to support various HR initiatives and projects.
- Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with team members, addressing their concerns and suggestions promptly.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Previous experience in an HR role or related field is advantageous.
- Familiarity with recruitment and training processes is a plus.
- Adherence to the highest professional ethics and standards, maintaining integrity and transparency.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive performance and foster high levels of employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships with owners, stakeholders, and staff.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese; additional languages are a plus.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above is usually required, with background in human resource management or related majors.
