Trưởng BP An Ninh & Kiểm Soát Tuân Thủ/ Manager – Security & Compliance

Main goals:This position is responsible for the management and control of Security activities in MHT Vietnam, completing the goals of MHT and activities of its subsidiaries (NPMC and MTC), including (i) Ensuring the control of production operations is effective (ii) Protecting assets, people, and MHT brand (iii) Ensuring timely implementation of the decisions from the Chairman of Board of Directors, MHT Executive Management team and General Manager. MAIN DUTIES:1. Be responsible for the management and control of Security activities at the plant (SE and CRO), Emergency response (ER), Internal Security and Compliance, ensuring effectiveness and achieving the set goals;2.Establish and maintain stable good relationships with judicial agencies, state management agencies, and local government; ensure the stable operation of business and production in general; and handle arising issues.3. Develop and maintain the department’s competency standards by ensuring all personnel complete the appropriate training and competency requirements.4. Prepare and manage the Department’s budget as approved by General Director.5. Report to the superiors all security-related issues and give advice to managerial level on security-related issues.OTHER DUTIES:Perform other tasks assigned by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, MHT Executive Manangement teame, Masan Group Security and General Manager.
