Specific Accountabilities
• Takes care all customs shipments in bonded warehouse and separate to team member.
• Manage customs team and vendor to operate smoothly customs process.
• Work closely with transportation team to follow the SOP and meet the delivery deadline.
• Take responsibility for E-customs procedures (if requires).
• Do consultant with customer, oversea team and other department in Schenker (if requires).
• Take care directly the first shipments of new project and handover to operation team after the operation is smooth.
• Handle other jobs requested by upper manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Skills Required
• Communication both in English and Vietnamese
• Good experience with customs laws and other regulations
• Good at Team leader skills.
• Hard working, honest and ability to work under pressure.
Experience and Qualifications
• Bachelor in Business Studies/ Foreign Trade/ Economics is preferable.
• Forwarding background is preferable
