We are looking for a dedicated ADM Senior Officer to join our ADM team. ADM Senior Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative operations to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment while supporting employee welfare and compliance with regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:1/ General Administrative Management • Oversee cleanliness, gardening, and landscaping to maintain a professional factory environment.• Manage factory facilities & assets, small repairs & decorations.• Supervise the creation & installation of banners, posters, signboards in the factory. • Manage the security team to ensure the safety of the factory and personnel.• Develop, update, and oversee related administrative procedures.2/ Canteen, Dormitory, and Guest Management • Manage worker & senior canteen operations to ensure the quality and service standards.• Manage dormitory facilities to ensure proper accommodation and customer satisfaction.• Coordinate guest reception and related services for visitors to the factory.3/ Other Administrative Duties• Handle official correspondence, documentation, contracts and administrative records.• Liaise with relevant government authorities regarding factory administrative matters.• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the department head.
