On-Time Delivery & Order Management• Work with the PPC team to ensure orders ship on time.• Solve issues that may delay shipments.• Coordinate loading plans to maximize on-time deliveries.Stock Management & Reporting• Monitor inventory levels for smooth operations.• Prepare reports on stock status, turnover, and discrepancies.• Take action to fix stock shortages or imbalances.Operational Problem-Solving• Lead the OM team to solve production-related issues.• Work with other departments to find root causes and solutions.• Handle operational problems and drive improvements.Performance Analysis & ReportingAnalyze reports on: • PN Cost: Track cost changes and trends. • Gross Profit: Compare actual vs. planned costs and suggest savings. • Capacity Planning: Match production with demand. • Pull Forward Plan: Propose changes to hit shipment targets.
