• Coordinate with related department/person to set up after sales service center operation policy
• Coordinate with related department/person to develop after sales service team and performance
• Train, motivate, and lead after sales teams to achieve set objectives and targets
• Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality
• Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products or services
• Build and establish good work relationship with clients to facilitate increased patronage and revenue
• Direct and coordinate the customer service operation of a team to ensure clients are tended appropriately in line with set customer service standards
• Summary company after sales service report
• Interaction with all internal divisions (Sales, Marketing, Finance) of company.
• Maintaining database of customers and interested parties
• Other ad-hoc assignments and projects

Qualifications
• University degree, MBA degree is a plus.
Knowledge & Experience
• 3+ years of After-sales experience in commercial vehicle if have bus experienced will be stand advantage
• Self-driven, result-oriented with a positive outlook
• Good at strategic thinking, analyzing, forecasting, planning and managing.
• Good at leading and organizational skills.
• Mobile and flexible to travel
• Drives continuous improvement
• Computer skill (MS office)
• Good at English.

• From Monday to Friday: 7:30 – 17:15.
