I. CÁC NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH/ KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES• Kiến nghị cho khách hàng ở giai đoạn thiết kế và làm việc với xưởng khuôn, xưởng đế để tạo bản vẽ 2D và 3D.Advise customers in the tooling design stage and work with the sole factory, the mold shop to achieve 2D and 3D files.• Kiểm tra bản vẽ 2D, 3D để đảm bảo không vấn đề sau đó gửi cho khách hàng kiểm tra.Inspect 2D and 3D to ensure no issues, then provide to the customer for checking.• Theo dõi quá trình sản xuất khuôn: CAD, CNC, khuôn gỗ, xác nhận khuôn gỗ đúc, CAM, hợp khuôn, tạo hoa, lớp phủ khuôn…giao khuôn.Follow up the mold-making process: CAD, CNC, Wooden mold, review and confirm casting woodenmold, CAM, Assembling, Texture, Coating...delivering.• Làm việc với xưởng đế để kiểm tra đế. Khi đế không có vấn đề về khuôn và dán đế sẽ trình lên cho khách hàng để nhận được xác nhận cho đế (mẫu và toàn size).Work with the sole factory to inspect the sole. When the sole has no mold and stock fitting issue, show it to the customer for approval for the bottom sole (sample size and full size).• Làm việc với bộ phận phát triển để xem xét qua trình dán đế với mặt giày.Work with the shoe development team to review stock fitting trials with the upper.• Tạo pad để cắt toàn size rập.Create the pad to cut full-size pattern gauges.• Cung cấp toàn size rập và dụng cụ đo mũi cho bộ phận sản xuất.Provide full-size pattern gauges and the toe spring tool for the production team.• Cung cấp toàn bộ đế và giày cho nhà cung cấp để làm khuôn ép đế, khuôn vẽ và khuôn ép tổng lực cho mẫu và sản xuất.Provide the bottom sole and shoe to the supplier to make the stock fit pad, gauge marking line, anddeep well pressing pad for sample and production.• Làm yêu cầu thanh toán cho khuôn.Make payment requests for mold.• Thảo luận với xưởng khuôn để mở khuôn đúng tỉ lệ ER.Discuss opening the mold with the correct ER with the mold shop.• Kiểm tra bản vẽ 2D và xác nhận kết cấu khuôn trước khi mở khuôn.Check the 2D drawing and confirm mold construction before mold opening.• Khi nhận được khuôn, sắp xếp thử khuôn và theo dõi quá trình thử khuôn.When receiving mold, arrange mold trial and follow up mold trial process.• Kiểm tra khuôn và đế IMEVA đồng thời làm báo cáo thử khuôn để thông báo cho xưởng khuôn,xưởng giày và khách hàng.IMEVA mold and sole inspection, submit mold trail report to mold shop, shoe factory, and customer.• Liên hệ xưởng khuôn để sửa khuôn.Contact the mold shop to repair the mold.• Cung cấp đế IP cho xưởng giày sau đó cùng xem xét quá trình dán đế, dán mặt giày.Provide IP parts to the shoe factory, then review stock fitting for the bottom sole and upper.• Làm việc với xưởng giày và khách hàng để xác nhận đế và lập ra tiêu chuẩn chiều dài cho đế.Work with the shoe factory and customer to confirm the IMEVA sole and length tolerance.• Thực hiện một số công việc khác được giao bởi Ban Giám đốc.Any others job will be assigned by BOD when required.
