Some prominent customers of EDUTO include: Maybelline Vietnam, L'Oreal, Kiss of Life Thailand, O2 Clinic...EDUTO's development direction is to target clients in foreign markets in Asia (Singapore, Japan,...) and in Europe. The expected project sizes are 10,000 USD or more. Therefore, we are looking for a motivated B2B Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential business clients. Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development: Develop and refine sales strategies, including market analysis, lead generation, and sales tactics to convert into clientsClient Engagement: Lead the preparation and delivery of persuasions, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and repeat business.Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales targets, lead conversion, and pipeline progress.Performance Enhancement: Analyze Business Development team performance and create sales solutions for improvement and opportunities for growth.Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the Marketing and Product team to align on lead generation and sales strategies.Stay Updated: Keep update of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Experience: 3-4 years of successful experience in Sales/ Business Development/ Account Manager within the Technology sector.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.Mindset: A resilient and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed, particularly in a startup environment.Technical Skills: Proven success in lead generation, presentation, negotiation and closing deals.Capability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities and create strategic sales plans.Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Language Proficiency: Intermediate written and spoken communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
