- Responsible for overall monthly compensation and benefits process.
- Implement PIT code registration, check the preparation of PIT reports and finalization for employees including Vietnamese and expat employees.
- Managing and implementing the compulsory insurance regime for employees.
- Manage and monitor labor contract, labor contract appendix, promotion decision, salary adjustment decision, termination, disciplinary,…
- Solve issues related to employees relation, participate in labor discipline.
- Develop, update and supervise the entire HR procedure and policy (Recruitment, C&B, Internal regulations, employee relations)
- Advise BOD on HR strategic plan (staffing, C&B policy, employee development); employee relation issues (law update, HR policies...)
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law or related fields.
- 5 years or more of experience in HRM roles, preferably in the service industries.
- Strong in C&B, knowledge of human resource management and labor law.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Confident and articulate presenter, capable of delivering complex information effectively.
- Open mindset, flexible skill.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience working for Korean companies will be preferred.
