- Build strong relationships with local organizations, recruitment agencies, education organizations;
- Continuously reviewing and building an effective recruitment process, overseeing our full-cycle recruiting;
- Continuously review and build up recruitment channels.
- Responsible for payroll, compensation and benefits for all employees in a timely and accurate manner,
- Coordinate and follow up on SI, HI, UI, PIT
- Prepare required documents, and payments for resigned employees,
- Build up the budget, benefits, policies that align with the company situation.
- Repair, update, upgrade company policy process
- Follow up on the implementation of the processes of the departments
- Conduct Orientation for new employees,
- Work with other Department heads to identify performance gaps and implement training solutions to maximize performance.
- Building a work culture
- Manage employee appraisal process
- Supervise Human Resources executive, housekeeping staff
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Administration, Legal or related fields
- Knowledge of HR system & database
- Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and cross-functional
- Good management skills and passion for consumer products
- Ability to build and develop good relationships with employees at all levels
- Good English communication.
