I. Process Technology Engineer/ Kỹ Sư Công Nghệ Sản Xuất1. Equipment & Process control: *) Feasibility study- Operation plan for production process, investment plan, Cycle Time, production capability, man power plan, education, training plan, ISIR sample, education, training plan, other cost*) Equipment control:- Check machine making drawing/inspection - Machine receiving- Installation & Tryout- Machine take over & Machine hand over*) Process preparation and confirm:- Process flow chart, Control plan, FMEA. Work instruction standard*) Quality evaluation and approval:- Try-out- MSA, Process-Machine capability - Control plan making- Confirm production plan completion (Control plan ,W/ instruction sheet, gage & measuring equipment,....)*) SOP & continuous control- Improvement activities through using SPC & analysis each process problem- Set up working/ inspection method based on control plan & w-instruction sheet- Set up machine checking method & frequency2. IATF document control: Set up and control IATF Document which is related with quality/ environment system3. Continuous improvement activities: Improvement quality & productivity II. Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer/ Kỹ Sư Bảo Dưỡng1. Oversea to study new technologies and take over new projects2. Machines and equipments maintenance and maintain3. Repair and change equipment of machines4. Propose and make maintenance plan, manage necessary spare parts to ensure minimize machine breakdown5. Continuously improvement machines & equipments ability to increase productivity and achieve the best quality6. Cost down activities implement, quality up7. Other duties assigned by managerIII. Establishing line's standard (Process inspection standard/ Outgoing inspection standard/ Limit sample,...)2. Regular job: Reliability test, process audit, product audit, MSA3. Leader of Process failure/ Quality Issue in daily line containment and corrective action,...) and control process quality improvement (Control annual quality target, make report, analysis quality problem,...4. Internal 6M change:- Review 6M change request (customer need or only internal approval)- Verify/control of 6M change status (failure/ customer rate)5. Coordinate to related departments to improve quality problemV. Quality Assurance Engineer/ Kỹ Sư Đảm Bảo Chất Lượng1. Handling customer claims- Received information, make containment action, analysis & make corrective & preventive countermeasure actions2. Summarize claim to make systematic improvement - Summarize all claim & give out system cause --> cooperate with all team to improve system3. Customer ISIR approval submission- Be a contact window between KGP & KVP team- Collect & check ISIR document for submitting to customerVI. R&D Engineer/ Kỹ Sư Nghiên cứu và phát triển* Design Engineer1) Drawings control:- Management, arrange Drawings; BOM list; product specification and distribution for production- Design document: Engineering Change Request (ECR); Engineering Change Oder (ECO)2) Design engineering:- Using Pro-E an Autocad for designing product, co-work with experts from Korea Headquater- Design improvement by work with other teams to increase product quality and productivity- Attend in New product development: In Power Electronics Product Development field- Follow Design job in product development stage (Korea Headquater training)- Build up Product Technical standard document, 3) Proto sample making- Using specifications, machines, tools to make Proto sample for new product / new model design change / development stage4) Project Management- To manage new project for new line, new product development: Project master schedule overall, Sample event, Open list issue improvement, Ensure to Mass production schedule* Reliability Test Engineer:1. To be in charge of Control Vibration test and Environment test machine- Create yearly/ monthly/ weekly/ daily reliability test plan for Reliability test- Reliability Test process set – up- Reliability test machine control2. Material & Part development reliability test- To ensure the product reliability; enduration test and reliability test process- Quality Reliability test: Establish and control reliability test process/ plan3. Quality and duration test- To evaluate test result and report- To control test result and corrective action- To ensure duedate and submit test result on timeVII. ASEAN Purchasing Engineer/ Kỹ Sư Mua hàng Đông Nam Á1. Parts development & localization. - Sourcing new potential suppliers.- Price analysis.- Organizing new supplier registration audit. - RFI, RFQ, SOR and KPIS process management (KEFICO PURCHASING INFORMATION SYSTEM) - Development planning (Proto/ISIR sample, part evaluation, TR, Reliability test, Part approval, SOP) - Controlling schedule and part quality for new project 2. Serial part management - Part 4M (Man, Machine, Material , Method ...) /ECO change management - Material shortage handling - Material block stock controlling 3. Supplier evaluation: Regular 5-star audit, post evaluation 4. New project management: sample preparation for Pilot event , parts packing standard handling, sample part improvement, BOM list, ECO & Part approval monitoring 5. Drive VE (Value Engineering), cost saving activity in purchasing & company-wide 6. Other duties by leaders
