Admin Officer
- Be the contact point for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
- Build office policies.
- Liaise and build relationships with maintenance vendors to maintain the office.
- Manage office supplies, stock and place orders.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Take care of work permits, visas for employees.
- Manage travel/ accommodation for business trips.
- Manage office and store lease contracts.
- Coordinate to prepare Food hygiene and Safety Certificate.
- Other tasks are assigned by the Head of the Department.
Human Resource
- Plan and co-organize internal events & and programs such as Christmas, Year End, Birthday, etc.
- Coordinate with the team for the onboarding/offboarding process.
- Coordinate with the team for other team's events.
- Support in other areas of HR such as recruitment, training, compensation & and benefits with a growing mindset.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Good communication skills.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Great communication in English.
- Willing to learn and develop in the HR Industry.
- Personalities: high-motivated, eager & enthusiastic, outgoing, speaker at events.
