[Tuyển Gấp] Senior Human Resource Assistant (Training & Development)

1. Training Operation (60%):• Conduct orientation training programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the company culture and operations.• Training research and design for advanced training programs to motivate talents.• Analyze survey results and collaborate with relevant departments to propose and implement improvements that support employee growth.• Manage E-learning system and update training reports as being required.• Work Performance Appraisal Management: Operates KPI system to measure employee’s work performance and giving analysis reports for further development.2. HR Development (40%):• Support HRM to develop HR Policies, Work Performance Appraisal, Culture & Engagement Activities for the organization.• Plan and organize company events, team building, and employee recognition programs to enhance engagement.• Draft, update, and implement internal HR policies, labor regulations, and the employee handbook in compliance with Vietnamese labor laws.• Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys or informal channels, and work with leadership to implement improvements.• Build annual KPI operation plan and improvements, capability framework, Work Manual and build up HR performance standards.• Advise and resolve employee relations issues, including complaints, disciplinary actions, and offboarding.
