Commercial and sales driven - will be exposed to various facets of the coffee business from sourcing and production to retail and wholesale distribution. Must travel, have meetings on locations, client’s side as well as office and showroom. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Commercial
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Acquire new wholesale accounts for GAEA through prospecting activities such as cold calling and following up on warm leads
Financial
- Oversee the Accounts Receivable department to ensure accurate invoicing, timely collections of invoices and reimbursement. Responsible for A/R Aging Reporting
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with all internal procedures and regulations
- Help with annual budgets
Management
- Can lead a small team
- Planning capabilities
- Other responsibilities as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Experience in coffee related business is a strong plus
- Ability to build relations with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
