1. Standardize the shared product UI / UE and interaction design principles, understand the company's business and product planning, and be responsible for the user experience;
2. Control the quality of UI / UE creativity, design, and production;
3. Lead the UI / UE design team to complete the product interface design tasks for PC, Android and IOS mobile apps;
4. The art design and production of the APP project, including: color matching, UI layout, and related icon and logo design of application apps;
5. Improve the design of visual content, propose user experience improvement suggestions, and continuously optimize the product;
6. Responsible for the personnel training and work guidance of the design team to improve the overall professional skills of the team;
7. Track and analyze the usability design trends in the industry and plan the product design direction as a whole.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Bachelor degree, design and other related majors;
2. At least 5 years experience in UI / UE design for Internet products, rich experience in mobile and web design, at least 2 years experience in UI / UE design team management with complete APP design project;
3. Able to use PS, AI, CDR, Sketch and other related design software, with solid graphic design skills;
4. Love design, understand interface design, interaction design and other development trends, and have a deep understanding of sharing, e-commerce product processes, user experience and needs;
5, with keen observation, high-quality aesthetic ability, good at communication and adhere to principles;
6. Familiar with mobile product project process, able to adapt to high-intensity work.
7. Extra points for design experience in information and sports broadcasting, plus points for high-level hand-painted and fine-painting;
8. Extra points for 3D rendering and video editing experience "
