- Gather requirements from product manager and analyze user needs.
- Create wireframes to illustrate design ideas and concepts.
- Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for mobile app and web
- Develop interactive and responsive designs that ensure an exceptional user experience.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to established design guidelines and brand identity.
- Collaborate with developers to implement UI/UX designs, ensuring seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and techniques.
- Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively with stakeholders and team members.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Have 3+ years of work experience in UI/UX Designer
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects across web and mobile applications.
- Good business mindset with a focus on user experience
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Strong work ethics
- Proactive, honest and have awareness for self-improvement
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
