Collaborate closely with the product development team to analyze customer and product requirements, translating them into specific user experience solutions.
Generate ideas and create application flows, wireframes, and prototypes for websites and mobile applications.
Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, modern, and aligned with the brand identity.
Build and develop a shared Design System to ensure consistency across product designs.
Work directly with BA teams, development teams, customer support, and other stakeholders to ensure the designs meet all requirements.
Undertake other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

REQUIREMENTS2 to 3 years of professional experience in designing for web and mobile applicationsA strong portfolio showcasing your best work in UX/UIProficient in design software such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc., to bring design ideas to lifeGood aesthetic sense with the ability to effectively identify and arrange layoutsCreative thinker who works proactively in a team environment and can handle high-pressure situationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSSolid knowledge of HTML/CSS to create feasible and optimized designsExperience with payment gateways or in the banking industry is a significant advantage, helping you collaborate confidently and learn from international teamsRECRUITMENT PROCESSRound 1: Submit your CV and portfolio to the HR department and complete a competency assessment testRound 2: Interview directly with the design team leader and await feedback
