I. OBJECTIVES:Lead and manage Data Science Unit to take advantage of data to efficiently contribute to Business via analytics, predictive modelling and others advanced data mining. II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Support Business Intelligence Center Director in annual planning/budgeting for the department.• Provide action plan to implement aligned with the overall strategy and agenda of BIC in term of data science.People management• Supervise and manage team members in focusing on dealing with problems, enhancing technical skillset and business proficiency.• Build up strategy for a strong and qualified workforce of Data Science Unit.Day-to-day activities• Transform and frame business problems to data science problems.• Prepare data for analyzing and modelling.• Operate and supervise operation of production predictive models.• Develop models and mining data for insights.• Evaluate models and perform additional analytics to explain/prove statements.• Support to resolve other tasks ordered by Business units.• Undertake other tasks assigned by Business Intelligence Center Director.

• Engineering Degree or equivalent in Computer Science• Master Degree in Computer Science/Economics/Business is an advantage• Require minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics and data models using advanced techniques related to big data• Require minimum 1.5 years of experience in role of management leading team to resolve business problems by applying data scienceSkills:• Frame business pain points to Data Science problems• Develop and evaluate data models• Being proficient in big data techniques• Expert in Data Science and being updated with trends of Data Science• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills• Strong leadership & time management skills• Being proficient in presentation and documentationOther requirements (if any): Comply with Professional ethics
