Job OverviewWe are looking for a Project Manager with experience in managing cutting-edge technology projects, particularly in AI, Blockchain, and emerging technologies. This role requires strong project planning, coordination, and progress tracking while also assisting in scheduling and administrative support for project meetings.Project Management- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of cutting-edge technology projects.- Bridge communication between technical teams, business units, partners, and clients to ensure smooth workflows.- Optimize resource allocation and budget management for maximum efficiency.- Identify challenges early and implement smart solutions to mitigate risks.- Uphold company standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices in every project.Scheduling & Administrative Support- Support the Project Director and CIO with scheduling, progress tracking, and timeline management.- Document and distribute meeting minutes, follow-up tasks, and key action items.- Maintain organized project documentation and reports for leadership insights.
