• Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional manner in English• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction• Provide accurate, valid and complete information• Collaborate with relevant team to resolve customer request• Record, organize and file customer interactions• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers• Monitor customer and facility by surveillance camera• Administrative tasks including sales data management• Other duties assignedWorking Time:• Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 6:00 a.m – 3:00 p.m (including 1-hour lunch break)• Tuesday: 6:00 a.m – 11:00 a.m• Wednesday: Day off

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Must have excellent verbal (Listening & Speaking) communication skills in English (Able to communicate with native English speakers) • Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience • Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Strong Microsoft excel skill • Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred, but not required • Accounting knowledge or experience is an advantage
