Summary of the role:To oversee and manage utility-related projects and day-to-day operations for utility systems, such as the boiler room, wastewater treatment plant, and compressed air system, within a textile manufacturing environment.To ensure that utility services are provided efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.To manage and contribute to operational excellence and cost savings within the factory. Responsibilities1, Utility Operations ManagementLead and manage a team to oversee the daily operation of utility systems (water treatment, wastewater treatment, air compressors, boilers, etc.) within the factory. Ensure all utilities are available and meet the production and safety needs of the factory.Collaborate with production teams to understand their utility needs and ensure their continuous supply.Monitor and optimize the performance of utility systems, ensuring energy and resource efficiency. As a key user of the energy management system, to collaborate with the ISD team for system development and optimization.Collaborate with the maintenance team to implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for utilities to minimize downtime.2, Utility Projects ManagementLead utility-related projects, including installation, upgrade, and expansion of systems to meet the factory’s operational demands.Work with suppliers to prepare and review technical documentation, design proposals, and reports for utility projects. to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement risk management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
