Highlight quick wins and micro-optimizations that enhance user experience.
Present clear, actionable insights from user data and testing.
Continuously refine processes to make the UX Lab a hub of user-driven decision-making.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
Freshies are welcome. Experience is not required, however the candidate is expected to:
Spot patterns in user data and translate them into insights.
Communicate findings simply and clearly across teams.
Stay user-focused while balancing product goals.
Contribute creative ideas to testing and brainstorming sessions.
Adapt quickly, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Bonus: Familiarity with Statsig or other experimentation/analytics tools.
