UX Designer (Good English)

About the jobWe’re looking for a talented UX Designer to join the Banqup Group design team and help shape intuitive, meaningful digital experiences. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our mobile and web development teams, as well as with designers across Vietnam, Belgium, and Romania.As a UX Designer, you’ll own the end-to-end user journey across our applications, from discovery and research to concept and execution. You’ll uncover user needs, translate insights into elegant mobile and web solutions, and continuously refine experiences that create real value for our users.If you’re passionate about understanding user behavior, enjoy turning complex problems into simple, delightful experiences, and thrive in a collaborative, international environment, we’d love to hear from you. Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of your projects, being proactive in coordinating with team members in different time zones while managing tasks and deadlines effectively.Present your work to the stakeholders in well-crafted deliverables such as wireframes, clickable prototypes, or concept presentations.Leverage and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across mobile and web products.Clearly communicate and present design concepts, rationale, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Gather and analyze user insights through research to inform design decisions and ensure solutions meet real user needs. Apply a structured design process to explore, ideate, and deliver the best possible UX solutions.Design intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user interfaces that align with UX and UI best practices.Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate your design concepts and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure project deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.
