The Vice Director will play a pivotal role in shaping One IBC’s strategic direction, driving business growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and strengthening the company’s global market presence. The incumbent will work closely with the Operation Director to ensure sustainable growth, operational excellence, and a high level of service delivery.❖ Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Leadership● Define and execute the company’s strategic vision and long-term objectives.● Develop and execute corporate strategies to drive revenue growth, improve cost efficiency, and expand market reach while ensuring strong compliance and operational governance.● Lead initiatives to enhance the company’s business incorporation, financial advisory, and international taxation services to meet global market demands.2. Operational Oversight● Lead, manage, and mentor department heads across six core functions.● Establish clear operational goals and KPIs for each department, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.● Lead cross-functional teams to optimize business operations through digital transformation (e.g., CRM systems & ERP platforms), ensuring seamless integration of technology to enhance efficiency and service delivery.3. Revenue Growth and Market Expansion● Design and execute innovative strategies to increase revenue streams and acquire new customers.● Leverage expertise in business incorporation, financial services, and international taxation to expand the company’s service portfolio.● Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners to explore new market opportunities.4. Cost Optimization● Regularly evaluate operational budgets and expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.● Leverage advanced analytics and AI-driven insights to enhance resource allocation, optimize workflows, and improve cost efficiency while maintaining service quality● Negotiate with vendors and partners to optimize procurement and service costs.5. Performance Management● Develop a leadership pipeline by mentoring senior managers, fostering a results-driven culture, and implementing continuous learning programs● Monitor performance metrics using data-driven decision-making to ensure continuous improvement.● Provide training and development opportunities to ensure teams remain aligned with evolving market trends.6. Stakeholder Engagement● Represent the company in engagements with stakeholders, partners, and clients.● Strengthen relationships with existing partners while identifying and cultivating new strategic alliances.● Engage with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and corporate partners to strengthen One IBC’s market position and ensure compliance with global corporate governance standards7. Perform other tasks as required by the Operation Director

1. Education and Experience● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is preferred).● Experience working at one of Vietnam's Big 4 firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) in a Manager or Senior Manager role or higher.● At least 10 years of leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role.● Proven experience working in multinational companies specializing in business incorporation, financial advisory, and international taxation.● Experienced at leading international consulting companies is preferred.2. Core Competencies● Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead and inspire teams, drive change, and achieve results.● Strategic Thinking: Advanced skills in developing and executing strategies aligned with business objectives.● Management Systems Expertise: Proficiency in implementing and managing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite).● AI Application: In-depth knowledge of utilizing AI-driven tools to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and support decision-making.● Global Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business incorporation, financial services, and international taxation.3.
